Mass Communication, Patna Women’s College in collaboration with” START ” organized a Science Film screening Programme

On 31st July 2023, Department of Mass Communication, Patna Women’s College in collaboration
with START ‘Search for truth and return to science’ organized a Science Film screening Programme.
This was organized for the studentsn of semester 5 to inspire them towards science and technology
related documentary. The resource person for the event were Mr.Prince Kumar and Ms.Hema Kumari
. The event commenced with an address by the Head of the department Ms. Roma . Esteemed Faculty
members, Ms. Divya Gautam, Mr. Gaurav Aranya and Mr. Prashant Ravi were also present during the
entire programme. Altogether, Three documentary films based on science were screened.
Constructive activities like narrative building tasks and quizzes were made a part of the program to
encourage the participation of students. The Program was concluded by circulating feedback forms
and giving certificate to the students for their active participation. The event was concluded with the
vote of thanks by Ms. Aparajita Pathak, Assistant Professor, Department of Mass Communication
