Padma Shri Sharda sinha said I am proud that I am a student of this school

Patna, Bankipur school is my Naihar (Maika). All the days I was in school, I kept doing small mischief. I am proud that I am a student of this school, I have learned a lot from here. These things were shared by former student of Bankipur Girls Higher Secondary School and Padma Shri Sharda Sinha on Saturday. Tears welled up in her eyes after reaching the school premises after almost 55 years. Said that I have come to school after so many years, but the school premises remain the same. After reaching the school, Sharda Sina first went to the principal’s room. Sharda Sinha became emotional after seeing the Principal. Sharda Sinha made the whole thing musical by singing Chhath Geet. For the first time, the Alumni Meet was being organized by the Alumni Association of the school. Lok gayika(folk singer) Sharda Sinha passed her secondary examination in 1966 from there. On this occasion, old students Said that there is no change in the school. Such an old school should have developed further. We are all sad that the school hostel has been closed. Here, former student of the school and student of diffrent batch, said that after many years the school friends met. former students Leena, Neetu, Anuja said that we have many memories of our school. Former students Anamika and Pinki Singh, Vandana and Jyoti told that we will organize this every year.
