There was an uproar in the Patna University Students’ Union election on Thursday during the presidential debate when some students reached there carrying home bombs. During the presidential debate, RJD candidate Ayush Kumar was speaking while some students created a ruckus. The students who were creating a ruckus belonged to another college. The students beat each other fiercely. During this time some students arrived with bombs. Police has recovered a home bomb from Patna College Ground.

Chairs were thrown from both sides in a clash between the committing students and the students present in the college campus. Police on the spot tried to stop the assault, but they did not succeed. After this, police from several nearby police stations were called. The police used the force to chase the students who were creating a ruckus During this, there was a clash between the Presidential Debate and the students. Police has detained two students.
