complaint of Indecent behavior by a teacher from Patna school Filed before DM

Patna 4th January 2024-in evening, around 7 o’clock, approximately seven girls and a few boys from B.N. Collegiate School gathered near Gandhi Maidan, complaining about inappropriate and indecent behavior by a teacher at their school. They filed a complaint with the District Control Room located near the school.

These students presented their case in front of the District Magistrate, Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh, and submitted a written application. Responding promptly, the District Magistrate formed a three-member inquiry team, stating that this is a sensitive matter and the allegations against the teacher are serious. The guilty will not be spared.

The inquiry team consists of Mrs. Abhilasha Sharma, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Patna; the District Program Officer of ICDS, and a female officer from the Education Department (District Program Officer). They have been given a directive to submit the investigation report within 24 hours. Once the report is received, strict action will be taken against the accused teacher as per the rules and regulations
