Patna, 7th November 2024 – Chief Minister Nitish Kumar observed the rituals of Chhath Puja by offering “arghya” (water offering) to the setting sun at his official residence, 1 Aney Marg, Patna. The Chief Minister joined devotees across Bihar in paying homage to Lord Bhaskar (the Sun God) on this auspicious occasion, which is celebrated with immense faith and devotion throughout the state. Extending his greetings, Kumar expressed his wishes for prosperity and well-being for all, underscoring the cultural significance of Chhath Puja in fostering unity and devotion among people in Bihar.
