Bihar Government Approves New Cricket Ground in Patna

In a significant development for sports in Bihar, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary conducted an on-site inspection of the proposed cricket ground at Gardnibagh, Patna, following directives from Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. During his visit, Chaudhary announced that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has given the green light for the construction of the cricket ground, which is set to provide fresh opportunities for young athletes to showcase their talent.

The Deputy Chief Minister emphasized the government’s commitment to enhancing sports infrastructure in the state. He noted that the establishment of the cricket ground will not only foster local talent but also inspire a new generation of cricketers. “This cricket ground will serve as a platform for our youth to develop their sporting skills and pursue their passion for cricket,” Chaudhary stated.
