They also interacted with passengers to gather feedback regarding their travel experience. The District Magistrate directed officials to remain vigilant and proactive in managing the situation effectively.
The District Magistrate stated that he inspected platforms 1 to 8 at Patna Junction and interacted with passengers. He confirmed that the situation remains normal and that officials have been instructed to ensure smooth entry and exit of passengers at the station.
He further advised the public to exercise caution and awareness while planning their journey to Mahakumbh Mela. Given the current high rush, he suggested that those who can postpone their travel should consider doing so for a more comfortable experience.
In response to a request from East Central Railway, Danapur, the Patna District Administration has deployed executive magistrates and police officials at key railway stations, including Patna Junction, Rajendra Nagar Terminal, and Danapur Railway Station.
