Reflecting on Bihar’s progress since 2005, the Chief Minister pointed out that the state’s budget, which was merely ₹28,000 crore at the time, has now grown to over ₹3 lakh crore. He also emphasized significant improvements in education, healthcare, roads, electricity, and water supply.
