In a closely watched electoral battle, Ravi Shankar Prasad of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has emerged victorious from the Patna Sahib Lok Sabha seat. Anshul Avijit of the Congress secured the second position. Voting for the Patna Sahib seat took place on June 1st during the seventh and final phase of the elections.
