Patna, March 8, 2025: Bihar is set to host the first-ever statewide sports quiz competition, titled ‘Mukhyamantri Khel Gyanotsav 2025’, aimed at enhancing students’ knowledge of sports and fostering their interest in athletics. The Bihar State Sports Authority (BSSA) has announced this unique initiative in collaboration with Extra-C, a reputed non-profit organization dedicated to promoting extracurricular activities.
The Director General and CEO of Bihar State Sports Authority, Ravindran Shankaran, shared that the competition is part of the government’s continuous efforts to promote sports culture and provide students with a platform to expand their knowledge of sports history, rules, achievements, and interesting facts.
The competition is open to students from Classes 6 to 12 studying in government and private schools across Bihar. Schools can register their teams online through the BSSA’s official website: https://bssa.crypticsingh.com. Each team should consist of two students from the same school. Registration is free, and the last date for registration is March 10, 2025.
