Minister Singh stated that this initiative is a significant relief for women employees and aligns with the government’s commitment to promoting women’s empowerment and creating a supportive workplace environment. He described the crèche as a crucial step under the government’s women-centric welfare schemes, aimed at improving the work-life balance of working mothers.

He explained that the crèche is designed to cater to children aged 1 to 5 years and can accommodate 15 to 20 children at a time.
