According to the latest progress report on the Patna Metro, the initial plan is to run the metro rail between five elevated stations, from Malahi Pakri to New ISBT. These stations include Malahi Pakri, Khemnichak, Bhootnath, Zero Mile, and New ISBT. A metro depot is also being constructed near New ISBT. This route has seen the most progress so far.
Currently, 75 percent of the civil work on the priority corridor has been completed. The remaining work on this elevated route is mainly focused on three areas near the bypass, with a target to complete it within five to six months. After this, track laying on the priority corridor route will commence. The tender and other related processes for this phase are expected to start soon
