Over 220 student members of the ECO Task Force participated in the demonstration, holding impactful placards with messages such as “Investing in youth, empowering the future generations” and “Earth needs space, we need space, don’t overcrowd.” The silent formation served as a compelling visual appeal, reinforcing themes of sustainable living, responsible parenthood, and ecological balance.

Dr. Sister M. Rashmi AC, Principal of Patna Women’s College, graced the occasion, showing her solidarity with the students and commending their commitment to social responsibility. “The dedication and awareness shown by the students today is truly commendable,” she remarked.

The event was effectively coordinated by Dr. Sumeet Ranjan, Secretary of the ECO Task Force and Assistant Professor, Department of Zoology, under the guidance of Dr. Shobha Shrivastava, Vice President of the ECO Task Force, Dean of the Faculty of Science, and Head of the Department of Zoology.

Student leaders played a key role in organizing the event. Shailja Gautam, Environment and Discipline Secretary of the Student Council (2025–2026), along with Shubhangini Ranjan (Semester II) and Kshama Pandey (Semester I), ensured the smooth execution of the program with support from fellow ECO Task Force members and volunteers.

Faculty members from the Department of Zoology were also present, encouraging student engagement in social and environmental causes. The event emphasized the role of reproductive awareness, education, and personal choices in shaping a sustainable future.
