The 76 RR (Regular Recruit) 2023 batch of Indian Police Service (IPS) probationers, currently undergoing training at the National Police Academy, Hyderabad, has embarked on a Study Cum Cultural Tour (SCCT) across various Indian states. By interacting with senior officers and observing local practices, the probationers gain valuable knowledge that complements their formal training at the academy. The visit to Bihar is a significant component of this educational tour, offering the young officers firsthand exposure to the state’s policing framework and cultural heritage.

This initiative underscores the importance of experiential learning in the development of future police leaders, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary to serve effectively in their respective regions.
