Bengaluru: In a shocking and tragic incident, 24-year-old Kriti Kumari from Bihar was brutally stabbed to death in her paying guest (PG) accommodation in Bengaluru. The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community and raised concerns about safety in the city.
Kriti, a promising young professional, had moved to Bengaluru for better career opportunities. Her life was cut short when Abhishek, the ex-boyfriend of her roommate, allegedly attacked her in a fit of rage. According to police reports, the gruesome murder took place late in the evening when Kriti was alone in the PG.

The accused, Abhishek, had reportedly been stalking and harassing his ex-girlfriend, for several months. Following their breakup, he became increasingly obsessed and began to threaten . On the day of the incident, Abhishek managed to gain entry into the PG.
As per the investigation, an altercation ensued between Kriti and Abhishek, during which Abhishek lost control and attacked Kriti with a knife. The police have arrested Abhishek and charged him with murder. During initial interrogations, he confessed to the crime and expressed no remorse for his actions.
