Fiesta-Gala 2024 at Patna Women’s College Brings Joy and Learning to Students

The sports ground of Patna Women’s College witnessed a vibrant atmosphere filled with fun, dancing, and celebrations as students came together for Fiesta-Gala 2024. Hosted by the Department of Advertising and Marketing Management, this two-day workshop on salesmanship proved to be an engaging and enriching experience for all involved.

Fiesta-Gala 2024 holds a special place in the college’s calendar, being an annual workshop organized by the department as part of the curriculum for students. This year’s edition received generous support from the Himalaya Group of Institution as the chief sponsor, along with co-sponsorship from Chanakya IAS Academy, adding to the event’s grandeur and significance.

Among the highlights of the workshop was the participation of INAYA, the innovation and nurturing startup of the Faculty of Science at Patna Women’s College. INAYA showcased a range of products including lip balm, shampoos, face scrubs, which garnered praise and appreciation from attendees for their innovation and quality.

The workshop attracted nearly 60 sponsors from various industries, demonstrating the widespread interest and support for initiatives aimed at fostering practical skills among students. Notable sponsors included Senco, Tao Bao—an Indo-Korean cuisine restaurant, Sugar Cosmetics, Amity University Patna, and Asha Traders, among others, reflecting the diverse range of sectors represented at the event.

Dr. Sister M. Tanisha A.C., Vice Principal of Patna Women’s College, inaugurated the workshop, emphasizing the importance of such initiatives in providing students with real-world learning opportunities and preparing them for the challenges of the professional world.

Throughout the workshop, students and guests from both the college and various institutions actively participated in interactive sessions, discussions, and demonstrations.
