Minor girls of a Mahadalit family raped,In the Phulwari Sharif police station area of the capital Patna
“In the Phulwari Sharif police station area of the capital Patna, two minor girls of a Mahadalit family from a village went to the neighboring village to bring firewood, after which both went missing, the next day both the girls were seen thrown in the boundary wall in the field, in which one died. While the other one was breathing, the family members arrived after people raised an alarm and took her to the hospital where an 8-year-old girl was declared dead. The other 12-year-old girl was admitted to AIIMS hospital where she remained unconscious. She is in critical condition and is undergoing treatment. The police reached the spot and started investigating the matter. The body of the 8 year old innocent has been sent to AIIMS for post-mortem. Additional SP Phulwari Sharif Vikram Sehag Bana was on the spot. President Shafir Alam arrived with the team and started investigation. Dog squad and forensic investigation team have also been called to the spot. FSL team is collecting evidence while the dog squad is taking the help of dogs to arrest the criminals.
People say that both the girls were raped, both were found in a semi-nude state, it is feared that during the rape of the minor girls, both of them became unconscious and the criminals thought that both of them were dead. After that, both of them were thrown in the fields. Both the girls are residents of a Mahadalit colony near the spot. On Monday morning, between eight and nine o’clock, she had gone to the neighboring village to fetch firewood and since then she did not return, the family members were searching for her.
